Everyone is talking about Tenz Momo's Tibetan dumplings. On the way to a more sustainable future, the two young Swiss food companies have joined forces and launched a collaboration.

 

Tenz Planted Pulled: an unbeatable combination

The result of the first collaboration: Tenz Planted Pulled - tasty Momo in the best Tenz style, filled with planted.pulled. The new Tenz Planted Pulled combine the high-quality, plant-based proteins from Planted with the craftsmanship and culinary expertise of Tenz and offer an authentic taste experience.

"Momo is a traditional feast in Tibet that connects us with our Tibetan roots. But Tenz Momo is also very much influenced by the West. We like to constantly reinterpret our momo and redefine traditions with innovative solutions. We have found a perfect partner for this in Planted," says Tenzin Tibatsang, founder and managing director of Tenz Momo.

A sustainable collaboration

For the two companies, Tenz Planted Pulled is the first project in a longer-term collaboration that aims to offer consumers an adequate plant-based meat product - without sacrifice. Tenz Planted Pulled tastes like the animal-based original and provides the same premium eating experience, but offers a sustainable solution to the environmental challenges associated with traditional meat production. planted.pulled uses 83% less Co2 and 75% less water than the animal-based equivalent. The introduction of Tenz Planted Pulled is a perfect example of how traditional recipes can be interpreted in a modern way.

 

Availability Tenz Planted Pulled

The Tenz Planted Pulled Momo will be available in all Tenz stores and at selected festivals from July 1, 2024. In the B2B sector, the new creation will also be available through partners such as Saviva, George Weiss and SGG Waser.
