Delivery guidelines

  • Delivery area
    The delivery address must be in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
  • Delivery times
    As part of the product description in the online store, we indicate the delivery period within which the product is available. It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within the delivery period. Time deviations and the blocking of a specific delivery date are possible, particularly on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes or on public holidays.
    As a rule, Swiss Post delivers in the morning by 5 p.m. at the latest
  • Delivery costs
    The delivery costs communicated in the online store apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice. Delivery is free of charge for orders over CHF 40. Otherwise the delivery costs are CHF 10.
  • Shipping partner
    Orders to Liechtenstein and Switzerland are delivered by post.
  • Refrigerated delivery
    Our products are packed in a frozen state and passively cooled by insulation materials and cooling pads during the period of shipment. The products are delivered at a maximum of 5 degrees Celsius. The outside temperature prevailing at the time of delivery may have an influence on the temperature of the products.
  • Delivery/ Deposit
    Our shipping partners have permission to deposit parcels in the letterboxes.
    In order to prevent delays due to second or third deliveries on subsequent days, which may have a negative impact on the shelf life of our products.

    Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
  • Packing
    The shipping packaging can be disposed of as follows:

    - Insulation packaging and cardboard box can be disposed of in the cardboard collection.

    - The cool packs can be cut open and the water emptied out. The cover can then be disposed of in the residual waste.
