Preparation

  1. Fry the planted.steaks with a little vegetable oil over a medium heat on both sides for 3-4 Min. roast. Remove from the pan and leave to rest.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta and reserve 150 ml of the pasta water.
  3. In the same pan as the steaks, fry the chopped garlic, white onion and red bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add the vegan cream cheese and all the spices. Mix well and add the pasta water and vegetable stock powder.
  5. Mix the pasta with the sauce and the vegan parmesan. Cut the steak into cubes and serve over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
