Preparation

  1. Cut the lye dross in half with a serrated knife.
  2. Cut the chives into fine rings and mix with the vegan cream cheese.
  3. Pluck and wash the lettuce leaves.
  4. Spread the cream cheese on both sides of the halved wreath.
  5. Spread the lettuce leaves on the bottom of the wreath.
  6. Fold the lyonnaise slices and arrange on top of the salad.
  7. Optional: Grate fresh horseradish on top with a fine grater or buy pre-cut shavings.
  8. Close the wreath and serve at your next brunch!
