Winter chaos? Festive stress? That's why planted.roast is back: our plant-based, additive-free winter classic comes with a matching savory sauce and is child's play to prepare. So if you just need something relaxed for the end of the day, or the relatives are already ringing the bell for family dinner...

  • Ingredients
    Water, plant proteins 16% (pea, sunflower), rapeseed oil, prunes, pea fibers, tomato paste, cranberries, spices (contains mustard and celery), red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, brandy vinegar, red wine concentrate, cane sugar, corn starch, sugar yeast extract, salt, vitamin B12.
  • Allergens
    May contain traces of soy and cereals containing gluten.
  • Storage/ Shelf life
    The goods are shipped refrigerated. In order to maintain the quality and shelf life, the goods must be further cooled immediately after receipt.

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days. Defrosted: Do not refreeze. Shelf life of 20 days from shipment.
  • Preparation tips
    Quantity:
    400 g roast + 210 ml sauce for 2-3 people

    Preparation of the roast:
    1. remove roast from the packaging and place on a wire shelf lined with baking paper.
    2. bake for approx. 17 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (fan oven).
    3. remove the lattice tray with roast from the oven and brush with approx. 2 tbsp warm gravy (see below).
    4. Bake roast for a further 5 minutes.
    5. switch off the oven and open the oven door. leave roast to rest for approx. 5 minutes.
    6. Place roast on a cutting board and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
    7. using a sharp serrated knife, cut the roast into slices approx. 1.5 cm thick and serve with side dishes and sauce.


    Finishing the gravy:
    1. shake the bag vigorously, open and pour into a small saucepan.
    2. heat the gravy over a medium heat and then simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir vigorously with a whisk.
    3. to serve, spread the sauce over the roast and enjoy.
