Ingredients
Water, pea proteins 17%, wheat flour, pea fibers, rapeseed oil, salt, wheat sourdough, spices, yeast extract, wheat protein, vitamin B12. -
Allergens
Contains wheat flour.
May contain traces of soy. -
Storage/ Shelf life
The goods are shipped refrigerated. In order to maintain the quality and shelf life, the goods must be further cooled immediately after receipt. Store unopened at max. 5 °C. Use the opened product within 3 days. Packed in a protective atmosphere. Re-freezing not recommended. Shelf life 14 days from shipment.

Preparation tips
Preheat the oven to 220°C (190°C fan oven). Then bake in the middle of the oven for approx. 15-20 Min. bake. Tip: Turn after approx. 10 minutes. Heat a little vegetable oil and fry on both sides for 2-3 Min. over a medium heat. Cook at 200 °C for 7-9 Min. in the airfryer until golden brown roast. -
