BBQ sauce
1 TBSP.
Vinegar
1 TSP
Dijon mustard
1 TBSP.
Soy sauce
2 TBSP.
Olive oil
1/2 TSP
Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk.
Assemble & bake
  1. Remove the steaks from the bag and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Leave them to temper at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  3. Now you can either leave the steak whole, cut it in half lengthways or cut it into cubes and skewer it.
  4. The following applies to all variations: lightly salt the steak and brush it with a little vegetable oil.
  5. Grill the steak over a high heat until it has nice grill marks.
  6. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, brush the steak with a little marinade and turn it quickly so that the marinade does not burn.
  7. Repeat this step 2 - 3 times or until you have a nice caramelized surface of the steak/kebab.
Serve
  1. Take it off the grill and brush it with a little more marinade and refine it with chili flakes if you want it spicier. Enjoy it.
