Preparation

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Slice the potatoes very thinly with a sharp knife
  3. planted.steak take out of the fridge
  4. Marinate the potatoes with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 45-50 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Wash the radicchio and cut into halves, marinate with a little olive oil and salt
  3. Finely chop the herbs and season the sour cream with them
  4. Heat a frying pan over a medium to high heat, add a little oil and fry the planted.steak for approx. 4 minutes on each side until it is nicely browned
    and about 50°C core temperature. Then leave the steak to rest for a few minutes.
  5. Sauté the radicchio in a frying pan over a medium to high heat
    (one side only) until caramelized (brush with a little olive oil and season
    season with salt)
Assembly
  1. Serve the Hasselback potatoes with a spoonful of sour cream, slice the steak and season with a little salt and pepper.
    Serve the pan-fried radicchio with the orange slices and enjoy!
