Preparation

Prepare
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 cm cubes. Boil in salted water until soft.
  2. Temper the steaks, remove from the packaging, pat dry to remove excess moisture.

  5. Heat the vegan cream. Add it to the potatoes together with the butter. Stir the puree until smooth. Season with salt and mace.
