Chickpeas

Chickpeas water
2 TBSP.
Lemon juice
2 TBSP.
Dijon mustard
2 TSP
Lupine sauce or soy sauce
2 TSP
Garlic powder
25 g
pickled capers
2 TSP
Salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Put all the dry ingredients (salt, garlic powder, white pepper) in the bowl of a blender, add mustard, capers, lemon juice, chickpeas and water. Blend for a few seconds and then slowly add the olive oil.
  2. Wash lettuce and cut into large pieces
  3. In a hot pan with a little rapeseed oil planted.chicken sear filet for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Slice the roasted planted.chicken filet with a knife at a slight angle.
  5. Arrange the salad on a plate, season generously with the Caesar sauce and top with the sliced planted.chicken Filet . Grate the walnuts over the salad and garnish with a few croutons.
