Ras el hanout (Moroccan spice mix)
Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Grate the cauliflower and broccoli with a Parmesan grater. Season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil, fry the planted.chicken and add a pinch of ras el hanout. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and tomato purée.
  4. Add the drained chickpeas. Simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with lemon juice and chopped mint.
Assembly
  1. Serve the grated cauliflower and broccoli, garnish with the planted.chicken and a few mint leaves.
