Preparation

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the packet instructions and keep some of the noodle water for later.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the tahini, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, sriracha, salt and pepper. Add a little pasta water to thin the sauce.
  3. Heat some vegetable oil and fry the planted.chicken Nature until it is golden brown and crispy. Pour in the prepared sauce and allow it to thicken slightly. Add the pasta and mix everything well.
  4. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds, chili flakes and spring onion.
