Crispy planted.chicken Pita

Cup of mustard

cup maple syrup

cup (vegan) mayonnaise
1 TSP
Apple cider vinegar
Salt

Tomato cut into slices
a handful of shredded cabbage and carrots
a few leaves of lettuce

Preparation

Preparation
  1. For the sauce, mix together the mustard, maple syrup, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and salt.
  2. Shred some cabbage (we used red and white cabbage) and carrots. Mix with half of the dressing.
  3. Fry the planted.chicken crispy strips according to the pack instructions. Reheat the pita.
  4. Top the pita with lettuce, tomato slices, the cabbage and carrot mix and the planted.chicken Crispy Strips. Top with some sauce!
