plain flour

Chickpea flour
350ml
vegetable milk

grated vegan cheese

Handful of chopped parsley

Handful of chopped chives
1 TSP
dried oregano
1 TSP
Garlic powder
1 TSP
Salt
2 TBSP.
Sriracha
2 TBSP.
Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. 1. mix all the dry ingredients together for the waffle batter. Then add the cheese and milk and mix with a whisk until there are no more lumps.
  2. Pour a few tablespoons of the mixture into your waffle iron and bake the waffles for 4-5 minutes until they have risen and are fluffy. Repeat the process until you have used up all the mixture.
  3. In the meantime: roast your planted.chicken Crispy Strips in the pan and mix Sriracha and maple syrup together for the glaze.
  4. Layer the chicken strips on top of the waffles and cover with the glaze and a little maple syrup.
