Preparation

Finely grate the garlic and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.

planted.chicken add to the marinade, cover and leave min. in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Heat 2 teaspoons of peanut oil in a skillet, remove planted.chicken from marinade and place over medium heat until crisp golden brown roast.

Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain water and rinse pasta with cold water

Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sauté the sliced scallions (set green ends aside for later).

Add broccoli and mushrooms to skillet and stir-fry briefly over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Then add the pasta to the pan and stir-fry briefly over high heat.
