Mix all ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.
Heat the planted.pulled BBQ in a skillet.
Top the burger buns with a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, about 3 tablespoons of planted.pulled and 3 tablespoons of coleslaw. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
