Ingredients

2 Servings

160 g planted.chicken nature
2 Nectarines
2 handful of raspberries
1 avocado
various lettuces
1 small red onion

 

For the salad dressing

1.5 tablespoons raspberry jam
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tables poons balsamic vinegar dark
1 tables poon balsamic vinegar light
1/2 TSP. Garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Preparation

For the raspberry dressing, whisk the jam with the olive oil and balsamic until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

The planted.chicken also season with a little salt and pepper and crisp in olive oil roast. Wash the lettuce, chop the nectarine, red onion and avocado.

Dress everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
