Autumn Crispy planted.chicken Burger

Spinach

Pumpkin

Red cabbage
100g
pickled red onions
250g
Veganaise
1 TSP
Salt
1 TBSP.
smoked paprika
1 TSP
hot chili powder
2 TBSP.
Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Mix the veganaise with salt, smoked paprika, hot chili powder and lemon juice for the burger sauce (spicy mayo).
  2. Grate or cut the red cabbage and pumpkin into small strips.
  3. Pan fry the burger patties according to package directions roast. Cut the pretzel buns in half and fry them with a little oil on one side as well.
  4. Spread the bottom and top of the buns generously with the spicy mayo. Top with spinach, squash, red cabbage, pickled onions and the burger patties.
