Cook the planted.chicken according to the instructions on the package, crush and leave to cool

In a large bowl, combine the remaining salad ingredients and toss to combine

In a small bowl, combine and whisk together all the ingredients for the salad dressing

Add the shredded chicken and mix the salad with the dressing or leave the dressing in the separate bowl

Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
